Aaron McCaleb Obituary Death – We regret to inform you that cc will leave us on August 1, 2023. His death occurred at 37 years old. Scott and Sandy Wilson McCaleb had Aaron Scott McCaleb in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on September 15, 1985. After graduating from Winfield City High School in 2004, he joined the Marine Corps. Aaron was a loving father, brother, and son to Rowan. Rowan was Aaron’s favorite.
Aaron’s loving family will remember their time together. His daughter, Rowan Elizabeth Smiley, his parents, Sandy and Scott McCaleb (Kim), and his siblings, Seth (Natasha) and Paislee, continue his legacy. He is also survived by his extended family and many others who were influenced by him. Clarence and Virginia McCaleb and Grover and N. Louise Wilson, Aaron’s paternal and maternal grandparents, died before his birth.
The promise of eternal life and Christ’s resurrection gives us hope and peace in our sorrow. Let’s remember Aaron with gratitude for his many great contributions to our lives.
The Bowen Funeral Home chapel will host Aaron’s burial on August 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Services begin at the funeral home. Aaron’s family and friends will celebrate his life and legacy now. The West Alabama Memorial Gardens will host the interment after the service. The family will welcome friends and family at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 11:00 a.m. The family requested donations to The State Bank and Trust of Winfield to establish a college fund for Aaron’s beloved daughter Rowan in lieu of flowers. This will ensure she has many educational possibilities, as Aaron would have intended. The McCaleb family is receiving help from Bowen Funeral Home in Winfield, Alabama.
