Anayeli Garcia Obituary, Death – It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Anayeli Garcia, age 28, of Dayton Mountain, who tragically lost her life in an automobile accident on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. Anayeli peacefully passed away at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga.
Leaving behind cherished memories that will forever be held close to the hearts of her loved ones. Born on August 17, 1994, in New Haven, Connecticut, Anayeli was the beloved daughter of Mauricio Garcia Cruz and Elodia Salas Morales. She made Dayton Mountain her home since 1998, immersing herself in the community and touching the lives of those around her. Anayeli’s dedication to her career as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant was evident in her daily interactions and commitment to providing compassionate care.
She was a valued member of the team at Hernandez Restaurant on Dayton Mountain, where her warmth and professionalism left an indelible mark. Guided by her Catholic faith, Anayeli found solace and strength in her spirituality. Her unwavering belief and connection to her faith provided comfort during both joyful and challenging times.
In addition to her parents, Anayeli leaves behind her brother, Mauricio Garcia, Jr., who will forever carry her memory in his heart. She is also survived by her paternal grandfather, Leovardo Garcia Sanchez, of Mexico, who shared a special bond with his granddaughter.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects and celebrate Anayeli’s life at the funeral services, which will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Vanderwall Funeral Home. Father James Vick will officiate the service, offering words of comfort and remembrance. Anayeli will be laid to rest at Rhea Memory Gardens, a peaceful resting place that reflects the beauty and tranquility she brought to the lives of those she touched.
