Barbara Sam Obituary Death – A woman from Dunkirk was sadly killed after being injured at the Tops Plaza on Wednesday afternoon in the town of Dunkirk. The incident occurred in the town of Dunkirk. Approximately 2:36 o’clock in the afternoon is when we got the call. The people continued their shopping in a calm manner after around forty-five minutes had elapsed, despite a piece of the parking lot being shut off by police tape.
