Clelland Beason Obituary, Funeral Services At Bedford, Iowa

Clelland Beason Obituary, Death – The community of Bedford, Iowa, gathers with heavy hearts to bid farewell to a beloved son, brother, and friend, Clelland “Clell” David Beason, who left this world far too soon. Clell’s life will be celebrated and remembered during the funeral services held at the Bedford Football Field on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 10:30 AM.

Born on December 14, 1998, in Omaha, Nebraska, Clell was welcomed into the loving arms of his parents, Kenny and Paige Beason, along with his sister Callie. From a young age, Clell’s deep love for the outdoors, hunting, livestock, and hard work was evident. His fearless and resourceful nature made him an exceptional problem solver, always ready to take on any challenge that came his way.

Clell’s time at Bedford Community Schools was marked by his passion for sports, excelling in football and track. His athletic prowess earned him a spot at Graceland College for a season of football before he joined SWICC and became a member of the Shooting Team.

Beyond the sports field and shooting range, Clell was an avid and skilled hunter, spending countless hours in the woods during hunting season. He had a keen eye for deer antler sheds and was a proud collector of trophy bucks from the area. Clell’s home was a haven for his hunting memorabilia, a testament to his passion and skill.

Tractor pulls were another one of Clell’s favorite pastimes, and he was unapologetically loyal to Case IH, much to the chagrin of “green tractor” fans. He eventually fulfilled his dream of owning his “red” pulling tractor, “Honey Creek Binder,” and shared the thrill of pulling with his father. Yet, amidst all of Clell’s passions, his greatest love was reserved for his family. He adored spending time with them, cherishing every moment together.

His niece, LoElla, held a special place in his heart, and he loved spoiling her. Clell found his soulmate in Zoie Lecy, and their love was evident from their very first date. They were set to embark on the journey of marriage this fall. As we gather to say goodbye to Clell Beason, we hold onto the memories of a young man who lived life to the fullest and loved unconditionally.

His legacy of passion, perseverance, and love for family and friends will forever remain in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed toward the family to preserve Clell’s memory. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.cummingsfamilyfuneralhome.com under Obituaries. May Clell rest in eternal peace, and may his memory forever inspire us to embrace life with the same enthusiasm and love that he shared with all who knew him.
