He was the son of the late Ernest P. Riley and Edith H. Riley and was born on June 3, 1940 in the United States. Both of his parents have now passed away. The state of Ohio is home to Steubenville. Throughout his whole life, Ernie pursued his passion for fishing with vigor and dedication. He was an avid collector of antiques and had a keen interest in history.
