Evan Kinley Obituary, Student Of TL Hanna High School Killed By A Falling Tree

Evan Kinley Obituary Death  -The Anderson County Coroner’s Office has confirmed that personnel were dispatched on Monday afternoon in response to an incident in which a tree struck a 15-year-old boy in Anderson County. According to the information provided by the Coroner’s Office, the incident took place along Arnold Drive near Kings Road at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while strong storms were occurring.

The victim apparently stopped by his grandparent’s house during the storm and was standing at the entrance to the garage when a large tree reportedly became uprooted, fell, and landed on him. This information comes from the Coroner’s Office. The Anderson resident Evan Kinley, who was 15 years old at the time of his death, was named as the victim by the Coroner’s Office. They went on to say that he attended TL Hanna High School and was a sophomore there.

Family of the Anderson Five, I write this with a heavy heart to notify you that tonight, Evan Kinley, a student at TL Hanna High School in the tenth grade, was tragically killed as the storms were passing through the area. Tomorrow, additional support staff members will be available at TL Hanna to assist students and staff in processing the tragic event that occurred today.
