Francisco Licona Obituary, Death – We like to express our condolences to you on the loss of Francisco “Pancho” Licona, who passed away on July 27, 2023. It is with a heavy heart that we share this information with you. During this trying time, we want Francisco’s family and friends to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers.
The year 1999 marked Pancho’s official introduction into the Leware Construction extended family for the first time. Since then, he has grown into an important part of the squad and continues to do so now. Everyone, including all of his coworkers, thought of him as a friend, including him. Even he counted himself among that group. Even he included himself as a member of such collective. Even he included himself among the group’s membership in this collective.
When Pancho was employed as a Concrete Foreman, he was frequently seen toiling away with his coworkers, regardless of whether they were on land or in the water. This was the case regardless of where they were working. This was the case irrespective of the location in which they were employed. This was the case regardless of where in the world they were working at the time. His amusing remarks, the helpfulness he provided as a teammate, and the tireless labor he put in all contributed to the fact that he was a vital part of our entire collective unit.
Already, we find ourselves wishing that Pancho would smile at us with the wide grin that he normally wore on his face. This is something that we find ourselves wanting for. We find ourselves longing for it more and more. While we are all going through this trying time, please remember his family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through the sorrow of losing him. They are attempting to balance a significant number of obligations at the present.
