James Berger Obituary Death – This week, we experienced a significant loss in the ROP family when one of our wonderful leaders, James Berger, passed away suddenly. His passing was a shock to all of us. During the course of his twenty-year tenure with ROP, James held a variety of positions, the most recent of which was that of the National Director of Operations.
James was not only a coworker, but also a friend to many others, and he exemplified what it means to be hard-working while also having a good heart. He was a passionate supporter who devoted his entire life and career to working toward the goal of making the lives of young people better. Those who had a close relationship with James are aware that he would want us to honor his significant legacy by carrying on the charitable work that he did throughout his life.
Robin, his wife of 28 years, and their children Ashley and Brock are the only people who will remember James after he has passed away. James was devoted to his roles as a husband and a parent with an intensity that much surpassed his enthusiasm for our organization’s work. To put it more succinctly, the world has suffered the loss of a brilliant guy who will be remembered for all time for his infectious laugh and bright grin.
