As the community gathers to mourn her passing, a funeral procession will take place on Wednesday at 10.20 am from her mother’s home to St Columba’s Church, Longtower.
Here, a Requiem Mass will be held at 11.00 am, offering solace, prayer, and reflection for a life well-lived. Following the Mass, Mairead will find her final resting place in the City Cemetery, an eternal resting place befitting the profound impact she had on her loved ones.
