Paula Scott Death, Obituary – We regret to inform you that Paula Scott, who spent a significant amount of time in Esh Winning, passed away. All those who had the privilege of getting to know and love her will miss her. Paula softly passed away on July 25 at home, leaving a legacy of love and treasured memories.
She was 57 years old at the time of her imprisonment and the adored daughter of Norma and Leon. On Thursday, August 10, at 12:30 p.m., a memorial ceremony for Paula will be held at the Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Roman Catholic Church in Esh Winning. This ceremony will commemorate Paula on behalf of the Methodist faith. Both those who knew Paula personally and her friends and acquaintances are encouraged to attend.
After the memorial service is over, there will be a private cremation. Anyone who wishes to offer their condolences to the mourning family is invited to join them for refreshments at the Newhouse Club following the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Paula’s honor to Durham Pathways and Cancer Research UK.
Both organizations held dear to her heart and deserving of your generosity. Following the event, chances for giving will be presented. People who were fortunate enough to have known Paula expressed their gratitude for the joy and solace she brought into their lives.
Her family, friends, and everyone else who had the pleasure of knowing her will sincerely miss her delightful personality as well as her kind and loving heart. She always had love in her heart.
